Basic Information

The SupFRP® GFRP Hollow Bolt is developed with high tensile load and pressure resistance.

It combines rock bolt with injection function. The GFRP Hollow Bolt can be widely applied in geotechnical engineering projects. After injection work, the bolt can remain in the borehole and bear load with plate and nut at the end.

It has very good bonding force with all grouting materials. Due to high injection pressure, it can realize full grouting and improve project quality.

Main Advantages
  • * High pressure resistance
  • * Easy handling due to low weight
  • * High tensile load
  • * Cuttability
  • * High corrosion resistance
  • * Good bond force

MAIN APPLICATIONS:

slope stabilization, TBM face support, forepoling, confined ground conditions, stabilization of soft rock, permanent application

As one of the main supporting forms of underground engineering and rock slope, the friction bolt plays an important role in the maintenance of the stability of civil engineering.

At present, most of the friction bolts on the market are made of steel, but with the rapid development of construction technology and new materials, innovative products have also emerged, and the SupFRP® GFRP Friction Bolt System has emerged as the times require.

Main Advantages
  • * Corrosion resistance - no rust, long support life, especially suitable for corrosive environments
  • * Safety - no friction sparks (safety of sparks during installation);
  • * Excellent insulation
  • * Light weight - the density is one quarter of that of steel, easy to operate, high installation efficiency and lower transportation costs
  • * Easy to cut - it is easy to cut and crush, it can be directly mixed in the ore during mining and crushing without damaging the cutting machine and crusher, and without damaging the conveying equipment
  • * Low density - it could be easily separated from the ore during beneficiation
